Terms and Conditions for Intelled 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring Session Programme

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 1:1 Career Coaching Programme ("Programme") provided by Intelled UK (Intelled Coach" or "We" or "Us"). By enrolling in the Programme, you ("Client" or "You") agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Coaching Sessions:

   a. The Programme includes one-on-one coaching sessions with the Intelled Coach.

   b. Sessions will be conducted virtually or in person, as agreed upon by both parties.

   c. The duration and frequency of sessions will be determined by the Intelled Coach and Client, based on the Programme selected.

2. Programme Fees:

   a. The Client agrees to pay the applicable fees for the selected Programme in advance, as outlined in the invoice provided by the Intelled Coach.

   b. Payments must be made in full before the commencement of the Programme.

   c. All fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the refund policy.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation:

   a. The Client may request to reschedule a coaching session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

   b. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice for a rescheduling request may result in the forfeiture of that session.

   c. Cancellation of the entire Programme may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in the invoice.

4. Confidentiality:

   a. Both the Intelled Coach and Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions.

   b. Information disclosed during sessions will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or with the Client's written consent.

5. Commitment:

   a. The Client acknowledges that their progress in the Programme depends on their active participation, engagement, and commitment to the coaching process.

   b. The Coach will provide guidance and support, but ultimate results are the responsibility of the Client.

6. Intellectual Property:

   a. All coaching materials, resources, and content provided by the Coach are for the Client's personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without the Intelled Coach's written permission.

   b. The Intelled Coach retains all intellectual property rights to coaching materials.

7. Termination:

   a. Either the Intelled Coach or Client may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.

   b. In the event of termination, any remaining unused sessions will not be refunded.

8. Liability:

   a. The Intelled Coach is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the Client during or after the coaching sessions.

   b. The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice or therapy, and the Coach is not a licensed therapist or counsellor.

9. Governing Law:

   a. These Terms and the coaching relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Amendments:

    a. The Intelled Coach reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

By enrolling in the Intelled Meet a Mentor 1:1 Career Coaching Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the IntelledCoach for clarification before proceeding.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for 1:1 Coaching Programme

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. To ensure a smooth process for both clients and the Intelled coach, please review our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy below:

1. Cancellation of Coaching Sessions:

   a. To cancel a coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session start time.

   b. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur any additional charges.

   c. If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours' notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered for that session.

2. Rescheduling of Coaching Sessions:

   a. You may request to reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to the Intelled Coach's availability.

   b. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

   c. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the duration of the coaching programme or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3. Late Arrival:

   a. If you arrive late for a coaching session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

   b. No additional time will be added to compensate for late arrivals.

4. Coach's Cancellation:

   a. In the event that the Intelled Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, every effort will be made to provide you with advance notice.

   b. If a session is cancelled by the Intelled Coach, you will have the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a refund for that session.

5. Refunds:

   a. All coaching fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a coaching session cancelled by the Intelled Coach or as otherwise explicitly stated in the terms of the coaching agreement.

   b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Communication:

   a. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated to the Intelled Coach through the designated contact method agreed upon between both parties.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. If you have any questions or need to request a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact your Coach as soon as possible to discuss your options.

By participating in the Intelled 1:1 Coaching Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
